Pedigree can be useful, but it is never a substitute for evidence of how you think, communicate and deliver.
You look beyond the stated request, test assumptions and identify the constraint that actually matters.
You care whether the work changes anything. Ambiguity is not someone else’s problem and completion is not the same as impact.
You can move between strategy and detail, explain the trade-off and produce something another person can confidently use.
You hold strong views without protecting them from evidence. The best idea wins and the client sees one joined-up team.
What to expect
ZeroFold is early, distributed and deliberately small. That creates more responsibility, but it also means your thinking reaches the work without travelling through five layers first.
You will work close to the problem, the client and the decision. There are fewer layers to hide behind and fewer layers slowing good work down.
We define the result together, then trust capable people to make sound decisions and raise problems early.
Clear, respectful feedback is part of the work. We say what is working, what is not and what needs to change.
We care about the final ten percent: testing, documentation, handover and the details that make work dependable after delivery.
We do not need a perfect résumé.
