ZeroFold Build · Partner Delivery

Engineering delivery behind your cloud practice.

For Microsoft, AWS and cloud services partners with sold or late-stage customer work requiring application development, integrations, automation, AI workflows or QA outside their core team.

You retain the customer relationship, commercial control and cloud account.

When to bring ZeroFold in

The cloud engagement has exposed an engineering gap.

ZeroFold adds the delivery layer without requiring the partner to build every capability permanently before the demand is repeatable.

01

Sold work cannot start quickly enough

The customer is ready, but current delivery capacity is committed or the required engineering skills sit outside the core team.

02

The engagement needs custom software

An Azure, AWS or managed-services engagement has exposed application or portal work beyond the partner's normal delivery model.

03

Systems must connect around the cloud

The project now involves CRM, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power Platform, APIs, data or operational workflow integration.

04

The specialist workstream is temporary

The engagement needs a defined engineering, AI or QA outcome without the partner building every delivery discipline internally.

What we deliver

Application and integration engineering around the cloud platform.

The cloud or managed-services partner keeps the wider solution relationship. ZeroFold owns a defined engineering workstream underneath it.

Application + integration delivery

A defined engineering workstream behind the partner's wider cloud engagement.

01

Application development

Custom applications, customer portals, internal platforms, APIs and frontend/backend engineering.

02

Integration and automation

Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power Platform, CRM, APIs, webhooks and business-system workflows.

03

AI workflows

Document processing, knowledge systems and AI-enabled operational workflows with evaluation and human review.

04

Data and reporting

Data pipelines, synchronisation, operational reporting and the application layer around cloud data services.

05

QA and release

Test strategy, browser and API automation, regression coverage, release preparation and documented verification.

06

Modernisation support

Application improvement, CI/CD, observability and the engineering work required around cloud migration or platform change.

How the relationship works

Your customer remains your customer.

Partner owns

  • Customer relationship
  • Commercial agreement
  • Overall solution relationship
  • Cloud account and licensing where applicable

ZeroFold owns

  • Agreed engineering scope
  • Delivery team and engineering execution
  • QA and release preparation
  • Documentation and handover
01

Customer protection

No direct solicitation of the partner's customer outside the agreed engagement.

02

Controlled environments

Client- or partner-owned repositories, cloud accounts and systems wherever practical.

03

Confidentiality and IP

Clear obligations flow through the delivery team before work begins.

04

Visible delivery

Agreed scope, milestones, QA, reporting, documentation and direct access to the work.

05

Continuity

Defined replacement, offboarding and handover arrangements rather than dependency on one person.

Delivery model

One workstream inside the wider engagement.

01

Define the gap

Clarify the customer outcome, sold scope, delivery boundary, cloud environment, timing and skills missing from the current team.

02

Shape the workstream

Agree what the partner owns, what ZeroFold owns, team structure, milestones, access and commercial model.

03

Mobilise

Introduce the delivery team, establish client- or partner-owned access and align communication and reporting.

04

Deliver

Engineer, integrate, test and release in visible increments inside the wider partner engagement.

05

Handover or continue

Transfer documentation and context, close the workstream cleanly or continue through a managed delivery relationship.

Questions

What partners usually want to know.

Does ZeroFold work white-label?

Yes. Delivery can be white-label or transparent depending on the partner, customer and engagement. The relationship and communication model are agreed before mobilisation.

Who owns the customer relationship?

The partner does. The partner retains the customer, commercial agreement, overall solution relationship and cloud account or licensing relationship where applicable.

What does ZeroFold own?

ZeroFold owns the agreed engineering scope, delivery team, engineering execution, quality assurance, documentation and handover within the boundaries agreed with the partner.

Is this only for Microsoft partners?

No. The model is designed for Microsoft, AWS and other cloud or technology partners. The engineering team is selected around the customer environment and workstream.

What is the smallest delivery shape?

A focused milestone or workstream with a clear acceptance point. ZeroFold remains accountable for the agreed application, integration or release outcome, including its delivery team, execution, quality assurance and handover.

Where is delivery capacity becoming the constraint?

Share the customer outcome, sold or expected scope, platform environment and timing. We will identify the smallest credible engineering workstream ZeroFold can own.
